Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Track your order using the tracking number from your shipping confirmation email.

International Shipping

- Delivery Time: International shipments typically arrive within 14-30 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.
- Tracking: Tracking may be limited for some international destinations.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us within 7 days. We will work with the carrier to locate your package.
For packages lost in transit (no tracking updates for 15+ days), contact us and we will either reship your order or issue a full refund.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and product, then contact us within 48 hours at info@epictrendsstore.com. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund.
