If you're not happy, we'll make it right. ### 30-Day Return Policy - You have 30 days from delivery to return items - Items must be unused and in original packaging - Proof of purchase is required ### How to Return 1. **Contact Us**: Email ets.epictrendsstore@gmail.com or call 512-619-0202 with your order number 2. **Get Authorization**: We'll provide a return authorization and shipping label (if applicable) 3. **Ship It Back**: Pack the item securely and send it back 4. **Get Refunded**: Refunds processed within 5-10 business days of receipt ### Refund Details - Original payment method will be refunded - Shipping costs are non-refundable - Refund amount excludes any shipping fees paid ### Non-Returnable Items - Gift cards - Downloadable software products - Items marked as "Final Sale" - Personalized or custom-made items - Items damaged due to misuse ### Exchanges We currently don't offer direct exchanges.
